One of the most popular production boats of this size ever built is the Morgan Out Island 41. Nearly half went directly to the charter trade. This design underwent numerous modification during its production life so dimensions, interior layouts and other details vary widely. We recently worked with clients on their 1974 Morgan Out Island 41  on refreshing their bed, and this is what we did.

We gave the bed new life with a brand new mattress. They went with the 9” Gel Memory Foam Pillowtop Mattress with a Firm Density. We turn the dial to 11 by constructing your mattress with a super comfy 6” Latex core. We then add 2” of Gel Memory Foam Pillowtop and cover it in the plushest of bamboo quilting. We also did the Matouk Foundation Mattress Pad Cover for this bed to give that new Mattress more protection and we added a Waterproofing material to make it more Water Resistant. They had a brand new bed and were excited to get sailing.
