e just worked on a 1992 Northcoast 111’ Yacht, this was designed by Jack Sarin and has cruised extensively, primarily along the East and West Coasts of the US, spanning from Mexico to Alaska. These remarkable voyages serve as a testament to the impeccable construction and quality of her build.

We did work on the Crew Quarters for this Yacht, and here is what we did. For the Captains Quarters, we started with a 9” Latex Pillowtop Mattress. The 9” Latex Pillowtop Mattress is constructed with a super comfy 6” Latex core. We then add 2” of ultra soft latex Pillow Top and cover it in the plushest of bamboo quilting. The result is truly The Leader of the Fleet!  The benefits of a latex mattress include being mold and mildew resistant, extremely comfortable, latex helps regulate body heat, which allows you to sleep cooler, and it will not absorb smells. Next, a Mattress Protector to add an extra layer to give a little protection to that brand new Mattress. They went with the Matouk Essex Sheet Set in White, a 350 thread count percale light and crisp sheet.

They picked out our Saturday Quilt in White that is super comfortable to sleep with and then a decorative Quilted Coverlet in our Palace Core Fabric to be able to put on the bed and have it look very nice and tidy. Queen Shams in matching Palace fabric and a Eco Woven Throw Blanket finished off this Captains’ Bed. The Crew Bunks each got our 7” Latex Pillowtop Mattresses, the same as the Captain’s bed, but in a sleeker 7” profile. These beds also got Matouk Essex Sheet Sets, Saturday Blankets, and Quilted Coverlets but in our Connection Navy Core Fabric and were finished off with Standard Decorative Shams and a couple of Eco Woven Throw Blankets. The Captain and Crew were loving the new beds and couldn’t wait to get that boat out to sea.
