The Carver 440 Aft Cabin is a true classic in the world of motor yachts. Known for its spacious layout and timeless design, this model offers the perfect blend of comfort, function, and coastal charm. The 440’s generous salon, open galley, and two private staterooms make it an ideal liveaboard or cruising vessel. Every detail inside reflects Carver’s commitment to comfort and thoughtful design, making it a wonderful canvas for custom bedding.

For this 1996 model, we worked with our client to refresh both the Aft and Forward staterooms. Each space was updated with a custom Quilted Coverlet and 2 Standard Shams in our Core Fabric Sugarcane. The soft, neutral tones of Sugarcane add warmth and sophistication to the cabin, complementing the boat’s light wood cabinetry and upholstered trim beautifully.

In the Aft Cabin, the new bedding transformed the space into a calm and inviting retreat. The custom fit of the Quilted Coverlet follows the unique shape of the berth perfectly, giving the bed a clean, tailored look. The subtle texture of the fabric adds just enough visual interest while keeping the overall aesthetic refined and timeless. The coordinating Standard Shams tie the entire look together, creating a space that feels cohesive and upscale without overpowering the room.

The Forward Cabin received the same treatment, creating a consistent flow throughout the yacht. The Sugarcane fabric brightens the space and balances beautifully with the patterned window treatments and warm finishes. The result is a polished, relaxing environment that feels luxurious yet practical for life on the water.

Our Quilted Coverlets are designed to be both stylish and functional. They are decorative bed coverings meant to be placed on the bed when making it up and easily removed when it is time to sleep. Each one is custom to the exact shape of your berth, giving the bed a crisp, finished appearance without excess fabric.
