For our clients with a 2004 Catalina 400 MK II, we refreshed both the Forward and Aft Cabins, focusing on creating an updated look that feels bright, tailored, and easy to maintain while still reflecting the inviting warmth that Catalina owners love.

We started in the Aft Cabin. To enhance comfort, we added a 3-inch Latex Topper, offering a supportive yet plush layer that molds perfectly to the body. The bed was finished with the Hayval Liberty White Blanket, a crisp and breathable piece that gives the cabin a clean, coastal feel and keeps the space light and airy.

In the Forward Cabin we added a 3-inch Latex Topper here as well, providing the same luxurious feel and consistent comfort throughout. They chose the Quilted Silken Robins Egg Blue Blanket, a soft and elegant addition that complements the natural wood tones and brightens the entire cabin.

To complete the look, we layered one King Sham in Naples Navy and two 16-inch pillows in Ocean, creating a subtle pop of color and a cohesive nautical palette that ties in beautifully with the Catalina’s interior design. The finishing touch was our San Diego Throw Blanket, a lightweight accent piece that adds texture and warmth while staying true to the relaxed sailing lifestyle this boat represents.

The final result is a calm, tailored environment that reflects both practicality and timeless design. Each cabin now feels fresh and inviting, perfectly suited for life aboard a classic Catalina.
