The Riviera 48 racked up some impressive sales figures during her production years the result of her striking good looks, spacious interior, and a very competitive price. Like all Rivieras, the 48 is heavily built on a solid fiberglass hull with a wide beam and shallow keel.

Our customer in Long Beach flagged us down as we were measuring a 50 foot Silverton, for bedding, a few slips down. He had recently brought in a carpenter to enlarge the platform for his master stateroom and was in need for a new custom mattress. After testing our range of mattresses, he decided on a 7” full latex boat mattress with a medium-firm density, out most popular model.
