Q. Do you have bedding for my boat in stock?

A. We do not have items in stock. We make all items custom for your specific year/make/model so that they will fit the size and shape of your mattress.

Q. How do I make a Virtual Design Appointment?

A. If you are unable to visit one of our showrooms, a Virtual Design Appointment is a great solution! Just call or email to set up an appointment and one of our team members will work on fabrics with you, answer questions and offer solutions via Zoom or FaceTime. This is a helpful way to see fabrics together and to get great design tips so you make the perfect choices for your boat.

Q. I see Small, Medium and Large as sizing on the website.  How do I know my size and will these fit my bed?

A. To simplify pricing on our website, all items are broken down into a SMALL (up to 38” wide), MEDIUM (39-60”) and LARGE (61-72”).  Measuring your mattress at the widest point will give you the correct size to order and then the items would be made custom for your specific mattress.

Q.  Can I buy just a fitted sheet?

A.  We sell our sheets in sets, so each set includes a custom fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcase.

Q. How long will my order take to make?

A.  Our lead time changes slightly throughout the year but we are typically 3-4 weeks to ship.

Q. How will you ship my mattress?

A. We ship most mattresses roll packed via FedEx.  If the mattress is extra large, we will ship via freight.

Q. If you have templates on file, why do you need my mattress depth or pictures?

A. We pride ourselves on producing quality items that fit well and make your nights aboard more enjoyable. If we ask for additional measurements or photos, it is to ensure that you receive the correct product and fit.

Q. What happens if the templates for my boat are not on file?

A. If your boat is not local to one of our locations and we do not have your boat in our current pattern library, we offer a very easy to use pattern kit HERE

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship via FedEx. Duties are paid by the customer.

Q. How do I know when my order will ship and when I’ll be receiving it?

A. The day your order ships, you will receive a copy of your paid invoice along with your FedEx tracking information. You can track the shipment by visiting the FedEx website and inputting the tracking number.

Q. Why won’t you take a credit card over the phone?

A. The security of your information is very important to us. We use a safe, easy to use, credit card authorization form to process your 50% deposit and balance. This allows us to keep your information secure and private.

Online Order:

1. Determine the size of your bed by measuring the width at the widest point of the mattress, that will give you the correct size to order. We offer small (up to 38″ wide), medium (39-60″wide) and large (over 61″wide).  Please note:  If your bed is over 76″ wide x 80″ long, there most likely be an additional material upcharge.

2. Visit our Best Selling Bedding Packages page to view popular fabrics and packages.

3. Choose the item you’d like and use the drop down menu to select the proper size.

4. Include the year, make and model of your boat in the comments section of the order page.

Phone Order:

Sometimes a phone call is just easier! Give us a call with the year, make and model of your boat and we are happy to walk you through different options & offer suggestions for the perfect boat mattress & bedding.  We spend a lot of time on boats with clients, so if you happen to get our answering service, leave your info & your call will be returned promptly.

Please note that all items are made custom for your order.  Returns and exchanges are not permitted.  Our turn around time is approximately 4 weeks to ship.  Please contact us directly for shipping costs on mattresses.
