As a family business, YachtBedding.com is extremely excited to team up with another family business, Red Land Cotton, to offer custom sheets for boats and yachts of all sizes using Red Land’s heirloom inspired fabric. We are very proud that our cotton is grown, milled and sewn in the US. Our viewers out there might be thinking why we switched from 600 thread count Egyptian Cotton to our New 140 thread count Red Land Sheets. Well, first of all we have put a whole year of research into this. After dealing with all kinds of dyeing concerns and inconsistency issues, we came to this solution to have a super consistent product to offer to our customers with better quality and durability. Our Custom Red Land Cotton sheets are available in white and natural. Our White sheets are a traditional white. Our Natural sheets are a creamy ecru or light sand, the color of the cotton right off of the weaver. You’ll also see flecks of the leaves and stems from the cotton plant in the fabric, which add a beautiful, heirloom touch. Currently, our Hotel sheets are available in white with the accent colors of Navy, Grey and Sand. We start with Red Land Cotton’s crisp, heirloom inspired, white percale fabric and accent the flat sheet and pillow cases with custom colored trim to give your stateroom sheets a look befitting a luxury hotel. Many people think the higher the thread count, the better the sheets. Actually, it is the cotton and the finishing of the cotton that is most important. Our linens are exact replicas of our 1920’s inspiration bedding. We only use our finest long staple cotton to weave a substantial single-ply yarn. The combination of our thread count, our cotton, and our yarn size make a luxuriously soft fabric that is also breathable. Our sheets are percale weave that is a plain-weave fabric often used for bed covers. It has medium weight, very firm and smooth with no gloss and washes very well. In addition to Red Land Sheets, we are also offering our standard line of sheets that are not only soft, but strong, resistant to pilling, and able to stand up to the elements of a marine environment. Our Supima Cotton Sheets.
