All items are custom made for each order and can not be returned or exchanged.

YachtBedding.com takes great pride in packing your order. We ship FedEx Ground for bedding and Freight for mattresses. If any part of your shipment arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damage and notify us immediately. If your freight appears to have arrived damaged, please photograph and be sure the damage is noted on the driver’s paperwork before the driver leaves.

To ensure you are picking the proper fabrics, swatches can be ordered. Swatches are sent within 3-5 days of ordering.

Our ship time for your custom order is 4-6 weeks. We will notify you if there is a delay due to fabric stock. Template kits are shipped within 2-3 days of ordering
