The Trojan 440 Express by Carver was a leading –edge design when she was introduced in 1995 as well as being one of the larger express boats of the day. It is built on a modified V-hull with a wide beam, very spacious both inside and out. Originally designed with two staterooms, in 1998 the leather sofa was shortened to make room for a tiny third stateroom to starboard. The interior has off-white wall coverings and cherry cabinetry that is an appealing mix. We updated the interior with our custom new mattresses, sheets and Sunbrella bedding. With several boat mattress and mattress topper options to choose from, we are able to create a sleeping solution for everyone.

We specialize in latex because of its amazing benefits: mold and mildew resistant, extremely comfortable, regulates body heat so you sleep cooler than warmer and does not absorb smells.

 

Each boat mattress we make is crafted custom in California and built to stand up to rigors of a marine environment. Our 600 thread-count Egyptian Cotton sheets are a must to go with our mattresses. They are available in many colors and custom fit for your yacht mattress configuration. Each set includes a flat sheet, fitted sheet with matching pillowcases. Here, we have used Sunbrella fabric for the custom coverlets for all beds. And I must add, the black and grey Chevron is one of my favorite patterned fabric, very modern and stylish!
