he Carver Yacht brand is a well-established and expert shipyard which has been creating the finest in luxury cruising yachts for over 60 years. The heritage of Carver Yachts begins in 1954 when Charles Carver and George Verhagen began building mahogany-planked, high-speed runabouts in a Milwaukee, Wisconsin garage. Their hobby turned into a business as word traveled about the high quality of their boats. By 1980 the company was acquired by new owners enabling an expansion beyond the Great Lakes region and Carver Yachts gained national recognition as luxury motor yacht leader.

Returning customers out in Newport Beach just bought a 2001 Carver 444 Cockpit Motor Yacht and we were happy to give them the perfect mattress upgrade. Because they were local to us and we were not shipping out, we were able to give them a Custom 12” Gel Memory Foam Pillowtop Mattress which is a thicker mattress than what we typically do, but we got it done! We started with a 6” Medium Firm Latex Base, next was 2” of a Soft Latex, then 3” of Gel Memory Foam, and lastly 1” of Quilting. We were able to also put a horizonal Hinge in this Mattress for easy access. It was just what they were looking for, and we were happy to provide!
