Following in the wake of her elder sister the Oceanis 46.1, this 40-foot cruiser, with a new hull design by Marc Lombard, offers unrivaled deck volume and interior space, with zero concessions to performance. The Oceanis 40.1 is available in different layouts, drafts and rig options, adapting to the most demanding sailor’s cruising requirements and satisfying their need for comfort and pleasure under sail.

We had a great time putting together bedding for our clients and their 2024 Beneteau Oceanis 40.1 with 3 Cabins and 1 Head. We started in the Forward Stateroom with a 7” Latex Pillowtop Mattress. We’ve taken our best selling Admiral Pillowtop Mattress and have given it a sleek 7” profile that will accommodate almost any stateroom while giving you the comfort of a 9”. Close your eyes and you’ll swear you’re in the bed of a 5-star hotel. We turn the dial to 11 by constructing your mattress with a super comfy 4” (medium) Latex core. We then add 2” of ultra soft latex Pillow Top and cover it in the plushest of bamboo quilting. The result is truly The Leader of the Fleet!

The benefits of a latex mattress include being mold and mildew resistant, extremely comfortable, latex helps regulate body heat, which allows you to sleep cooler, and it will not absorb smells. A Mattress Protector came next, our custom mattress protectors are designed to fit over your mattress like a fitted sheet and provide a washable layer of protection. Made with a soft Cashmere and poly blend, it’s the perfect compliment to your new mattress. Mattress protectors are intended to solely provide a layer of protection for your mattress and will not increase the comfort of your mattress.

They went with our Hayval Ombre Sheet Set that comes with a Fitted Sheet, Flat Sheet, and 2 Standard Pillowcases and our Hayval Sion Quilt which pair perfectly together. They wanted decorative bed spreads, our Quilted Coverlets, for the beds as well so they went with Quilted Coverlets in an Upgraded Stout Performance Fabric called Lofty 1 Lake for the Forward, Aft Port, and Aft Starboard beds. The Forward bed was completed with matching Standard Shams to the Coverlet and a 14×24” Throw Pillow in our Core Fabric Reef Linen. They loved the look and off for a great night sleep out on the ocean.
