he 2008 Hylas 70 was built for sailors who dream bigger. Designed by renowned naval architect Germán Frers and crafted by Queen Long Marine, the Hylas 70 is a true bluewater cruising yacht that combines performance, elegance, and long-range capability. Whether crossing oceans, island hopping through the Caribbean, or enjoying extended time aboard, this yacht delivers the kind of comfort and confidence that make every voyage memorable. When the owners of this beautiful Hylas 70 decided to upgrade their sleeping accommodations, they wanted mattresses worthy of a yacht designed to travel the world.

For both the Forward Stateroom and the Aft Master Stateroom, we built custom 9″ Hāyväl Organic Mattresses in Medium Firm Density. To complete the sleep system, we also added Mattress Protectors and luxurious Gin and Bale Sheet Sets, creating comfortable and inviting retreats at each end of the yacht. The Hāyväl Organic Mattress is designed specifically for life aboard. Built with premium organic materials and customized to the exact dimensions of the yacht, it provides exceptional support while maintaining breathability and comfort during long passages and nights at anchor. The Hāyväl Organic Mattress offers excellent airflow, supportive comfort, and durable construction designed for years of cruising. Paired with mattress protectors, the mattresses remain protected while maintaining a clean, fresh sleeping environment. The Gin and Bale Sheet Sets add a soft, comfortable finishing touch that makes climbing into bed after a long day under sail something to look forward to.

One of the greatest pleasures of owning a yacht like the Hylas 70 is the ability to travel wherever the horizon leads. After a day of passagemaking, sail handling, or exploring a new anchorage, having a comfortable place to recharge makes all the difference.

With custom Hāyväl Organic Mattresses, mattress protectors, and Gin and Bale sheets in both the forward and aft staterooms, this 2008 Hylas 70 is now equipped with the kind of comfort typically reserved for luxury resorts, except this one comes with ever-changing ocean views.
